We had a GREAT time. Good weather a bonus! If you've time do go to Scilly Isles and see amazing gardens.

Weather fantastic with plenty of beach days on the beautiful beach "Pednevouwder" near Logan's Rock, although the tide times were a little awkward for access. Lazy days with plenty of relaxing in the lovely garden at Cappy Cottage, and sampling the excellent fish from Newlyn for our tea time meals out on the garden patio. Made friends with the resident robin, who also enjoyed the scraps from the kitchen to feed her young who were scattered in various parts of the garden. We loved the good-night calls from the rooks as they settled in the trees above at around 10pm.
Took a day trip to Scilly, again fantastic weather making a very enjoyable day. Loved Cappy Cottage, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

A wonderful few days. Kayaking was great fun as were the more peaceful coastal walks. The gardens at St. Michael's Mount were lovely. A special treat was enjoyed at the Minack Theatre, and the basking shark got in for free!

We all enjoyed a very relaxing week at Cappy, with beautiful coastal walks and thousands of bluebells everywhere. Looking forward to our next stay.

Have enjoyed another week here, relaxing in this cosy cottage & appreciating the Spring-time flowers and breath-taking coastal walks. A very refreshing break.

Another wonderful holiday here, beautiful sunshine for nearly two weeks. Never been to Lamorna when the daffodils are out and they are lovely. The walk to St.Loy via the coast path has especially beautiful wild flowers (go via top of lane to side of garage). Courtyard in Mousehole (Fore Street restaurant) is really nice & secluded and accepts dogs. Trengwainton in Spring was breathtaking with rhododendrons etc. The real surprise was the Penlee Gallery in Penzance with wonderful paintings from many of the Newlyn artists. PS: recommend the book "Summer in February" for story of "Blote" in Lamorna. Can't wait to come back to Cappy Cottage, an idyllic retreat! Pity we are going to miss the budding shrubs in the garden!
